WHEN YOU WANT AN UNPUTDOWNABLE BOOK YOU WILL READ IN ONE SITTING!

What a fun read this one! Crisp, fast moving and took me back to a time when I was in college!

The book's protagonist Ananya is an only child until her parents drop a bombshell on her about them expecting a baby! She, an older sister at 17! By the time she can wrap her head around this news, her mother invites Aunty V who is planning to bring her son, Raghu. Instantly Ananya is taken back five years, to a time when her world came crashing down. To a time when she started looking at her body differently. What will her equation with Raghu be this time around? Will she ever be able to learn to love her body? And can her parents look beyond the new baby?

This is a coming of age story that touches upon very important issues. Parents who are absolutely clueless about what's happening with their kids. The insane pressure on kids to choose a career path when they are barely out of school and are yet to find themselves. Body image issues and just how cruel peers can be and at the end the ability to fall in love with oneself and accept yourself for what you are. Bonus: cute guy alert! Is Raghu too good to be true? I would eat pancakes he makes every day! This book made me sigh and simper like a teenager and cheer for Ananya to overcome her demons! I loved the time I spent with the book!

Thank you @andaleebwajid for this super fun read! Definitely a YA book I would recommend!
